Re-Enactment of The Last Supper

It's a quite involved Family Day for the First Communion kids. John is being remarkably tolerant so far!

I've been giving our oldest a crash course in Catholicism, since she is overdue for her own first communion. The religious ed folks allowed us to instruct her so she didn't have to go through class with all the second graders.

It's been an interesting experience, to say the least. We've spent a fair amount of time on the Last Supper.

I must say, though, I'm looking forward to Robert receiving his first communion instruction from the usual source -- some perky God-loving teenager.
