USAirways Staffing Update

As you can see, the aircraft has made it to PWM. In the end it took 9 ground crew, 2 gate staff, 1 fueler, a captian, a co-pilot and a flight attendant to get this flight here from PHL. And there were 33 passengers. Seems a bit inefficient to me...
