Life in the Philadelphia region (and beyond) from the ever-mobile desk of a Pennsylvania ex-pat living in South Jersey. Politics, sports, restaurants, food and drink reviews, family updates, considerations on celebrity, lots of photos and much more updated darn near daily.
About 100 people are braving the 43 degree temperatures and 15 mph winds to celebrate the start of spring with a free Rita's water ice. Traffic on Main Street in Moorestown slows in the area as kids and parents get their first taste of spring.
I just saw that the Rita's in Brookhaven has moved to the old Dairy Queen spot. It's surprising, because I'd assumed with Wawa moving out, they'd level the lot and put in shops. I miss the DQ...

Wow. I'm surprised too. I miss DQ as well and the free Blizzards when Carin and Bonnie worked there.
